At Hoot & Bake, we take pride in offering fresh, delicious, and high-quality products. Due to the nature of our prepared foods:

1. All sales are final

• This includes empanadas, croquettes, mini sandwiches, cheese-stuffed potato balls, cakes, and snack platters.

2. Quality guarantee

• Every order is carefully prepared and checked before pickup or delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo for evaluation.

3. Exceptions

• Returns are not accepted due to change of mind or unused products.

• Issues related to undeclared allergies or improper consumption are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Special orders and large platters

• Orders for snack platters or custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once prepared.

By placing your order, you agree to our no return policy and acknowledge that our products are perishable and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
